Funeral Service for Walter Reid Gingrich Jr., age 87, of Vinemont, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Faith Baptist Church with Jared Folks officiating; interment in Center Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service and from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Faith Baptist Church. Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Gingrich passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born August 13, 1934, to Walter Reid Gingrich and Ameila Gingrich. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Betty Gingrich; second wife, Daphene Gingrich; and daughter, Karen Denise Gingrich. Survivors include his sons, Frank (Debbie) Gingrich, Bob (Christina) Gingrich, and Glenn "Bo" (Annette) Gingrich; grandchildren, Jason (Fawn) Gingrich, Ryan Gingrich, Cindy (Jamie) Davis, Daisey (Ry) Griffin, Bobi Jo (Adam) Creel, Paige (Ben) Parish, and Tyler (Leanne) Gingrich; great-grandchildren, Bella, Krimson, Austin (Kelley Beth), Hunter (Shelby), Lucy, Maggie, Ace, Reid, and Beau; two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, June and Francis.
