Grant Randall Sides, age 28, of Cullman, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020, at his residence. He was born April 15, 1992, in Orlando, Florida, to George and Sara Beth Sides. Grant graduated from University of Alabama in 2014 and was an avid football fan. Grant loved to travel. He had traveled to several places in the Caribbean, Greece, and had one college semester in Sweden. He also traveled all over the United States where his favorite place was Las Vegas. Grant thought of himself as a card shark, Scrabble Champ, and music aficionado. He was definitely a great son, best friend, humorous person, and would debate anyone on any subject. Grant also recently started his own business “Purple Fox Creative” where he obtained his first two clients. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sara Beth Sides; grandmother, Ruby Sides; grandfather George L. Sides; and grandfather, Roger Walden. Survivors include his father, George Randall Sides; brother, G. Ryland Sides; grandmother, Kay Walden Lynch; girlfriend, Olivia Landreth; host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his dog, Johnny Cash. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
